Sous Vide Brandy Infused Créme Fraiche Recipe

This super easy to make créme fraiche works perfectly on a soup or in a variety of sauces - even slathered on some toasted bread.

Sous Vide Brandy Infused Créme Fraiche Recipe

  • About 1 cup

Ingredients for Sous Vide Brandy Infused Créme Fraiche

    1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Cooking Instructions for Sous Vide Brandy Infused Créme Fraiche

Combine ingredients in canning jar. Apply lid finger tight. Place in immersion circulator set at 95F. for 12 hours. Cool completely in refrigerator. The mixture should be quite thick. If there is any separation of whey simply stir it back in.
