Sous Vide Garlic Confit Recipe

  • Cooks: 194°F (90°C) for 2 hours

Ingredients for Garlic Confit

    1 Bulb garlic peeled
  • 50 ml light oil

Cooking Instructions for Garlic Confit

Vacuum seal garlic and oil together and cook sous vide for 2 hours @ 90C. Keep refrigerated till needed.
