As bloggers, we often get caught up in making money directly from our blogs, using ads, affiliate links and sponsored posts, but we forget there's a whole world of food out there to explore and make money from. Today's guest will show us a few of the unique ways she's created a living.

Saffron loves cooking in the outdoors and because of this, she started Bush Cooking, a website that specializes in only outdoor recipes. Outdoors includes Grilling, Smoking, Camp Cooking, Dutch Oven, Backyard Barbecues, and much more! Bush Cooking turned three in June!
Bringing a wealth of content knowledge to Bush Cooking, Saffron started cooking outdoors in Australia at a young age with the Girl and Boy Scout Associations eventually traveling via Asia to America where she started competitive cooking including competing twice at the World Dutch Oven Championships and multiple times at Barbecue World Championships. With a haul of wins in from brisket to dessert - all cooked on traditional live-fire outdoor methods - she knows her stuff.
With a Bachelor of Business and vast experience in business development and improvement that she brings to her business, Saffron is always in a juggling act of passion versus profit as she forwards the Bush Cooking Brand. This has resulted in a diverse range of income streams including normal writing, teaching, and presenting, but she has truly grown in the area of competitive outdoor cooking competition coordination having recently needed to spin this off into a sister company of FoodSport Consulting. In 2019 she coordinated competitions that placed competitors and brands in front of over half a million people.
