What We Like About the FoReal Sous Vide Lid

Made of a soft, silicon-like material the FoReal lid is easy to peel back to put things into and out of the water bath. It fits Rubbermaid 12 quart containers very snugly and helps to greatly reduce evaporation.

What We Don't Like About the FoReal Sous Vide Lid

It's a few dollars more expensive than some of the lids and currently only offers a lid cut for the Anova, though it will work with most circulators. Also, if you prefer a more stable lid, the Everie sous vide lids are made of a sturdier material.
