Bubbles
Bubbles are a form of light foam made by injecting air into a liquid. At the most basic level, foams are a structure that traps air in bubbles. The texture of the foam is determined by the size of the bubbles and how much liquid is in the foam.
The resulting bubbles can range from large to small, all visually interesting. Bubbles also carry a surprising amount of flavor. After the bubbles sit for one minute to stabilize, you can spoon the bubbles directly onto your dish.
An aquarium bubbler is one of the more unusual ways to create foams. It works well for creating large bubbles, similar to soap bubbles.

There are many different types of foams you can make using different modernist ingredients and foaming methods. This foam resembles bubbles and is made with xanthan gum and Versawhip that has been aerated with an aquarium pump. It's a pretty unique way to make bubbles and they are very interesting.
