What is the Best Sous Vide Squid Temperatures and Times?

Pre-Sear:
113ºF for 45 to 60 Minutes (45.0ºC)
Low Heat:
138ºF for 2 to 4 Hours (58.9ºC)
High Heat:
180ºF for 1 to 2 Hours (82.2ºC)
