How to Sous Vide Popcorn
Unfortunately, popcorn generally pops at 212°F (100°C) but is easier the hotter it gets, sometimes up to 356°F (180°C). In either case, it is much hotter than sous vide machines go. I suppose you could use it to melt your butter though? ;-p
