How to Sous Vide Chard
Sous vide chard can either be sous vided whole, or chopped into pieces first, then placed into the sous vide bag in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Chard becomes very tender when cooked for 60 to 75 minutes at 183°F to 185°F (83.9°C to 85°C), though if you prefer it crisper you can reduce the time significantly.
