Storing vacuum packed food.

Hi,

This is not entirely relevant to sous vide cooking but as I just started vacuum packaging my food because of sous vide cooking I thought I would ask!

Where can I find detailed guidelines on storage practices for vacuum packaged food? Specifically I would like to know for how long I can REFRIGERATE raw vacuumed packaged food without health risks (frozen storage isn't really of concern as it shouldn't pose any safety issue).
