New machine
In the Sous Vide Equipment Forum
Hi all
I'm new to the forum but not new to sous vide. I bought an SVS a while ago and have recently "upgraded" to an immersion circulator, which I love as it's so versatile.
Like many, I cook in batches and freeze the meals ready to reheat. In fact I have a new chest freezer being delivered today to put in the garage.
I just thought I'd introduce myself as I've been a lurker on here for a while and have gained a lot of useful information. I'd like to join the community so I can maybe give a little back while continually learning.
Thanks for reading, Dave

Hi Dave, welcome to this forum. I have learned quite a bit here and hopefully you will find it as helpful as I have. I will be interested to hear from you as to how the immersion circulator compares to the SVS.
Hi Dave, welcome to the forums!
Thanks for the welcome.
I wrote a review of the immersion circulator and compared it to the SVS a few weeks ago. It was going to be published on a friend's blog but she hasn't got round to it yet. I'd be happy to post it up here if people are interested?
Thanks, Dave
As posted above, I would be very interested in reading your comparison.
OK, I'll post it as a separate thread to make it easier to search.
Dave
