Greetings,
I am a retired American living in Hong Kong and just a couple of weeks ago kluged together my home made SV cooker. Its basically a hot plate with a big pot and a home-made PID controller with a thermocouple and a solid state relay. Fixed it in a box with a gooseneck to the thermocouple so that its not loose wires. Will soon build a site to sell the parts and show you how I did it soon.
