Beginning Sous VIde Set Up Using Portable Induction Cooktop

Cooked Beef Ribs on inexpensive ($45.00) portable induction cooktop, which had a temp setting, fine tuning water temp by adjusting pot lid. I was able to keep temp range between 137-141 F. Ribs cooked 2 days and turned out very well. Just curious if any else has tried this.

Sounds like a great beginning sous vide setup! I haven't tried it myself but if it seems to be holding steady then it should be a viable option for most things. Thanks for sharing!
