Sous Vide Rack

In the Modernist Ingredients and Equipment Forum

I have recently entered the world of Sous Vide Cooking and I am still sorting out the containers that work for me. Is there any merit to investing in a Sous Vide Rack - This would determine the container that I am looking to purchase. I have read your container article and found it very helpful and would appreciate your comments about a rack. Considering they want $50-$70 for this item I want to make sure it is a viable item.
