Can I make Roasted Sweet Potato Soup in a .5l syphon?

Is this possible? I'd want to make enough for 4.

Hi Doug, with a .5 liter siphon you could do a small shot-glass sized cup of it for each person, maybe an amuse bouche, but not enough for a "normal" sized soup.

Thanks. But I see with the 1 litre I have to fill it halfway to use it. Maybe it would be easier just to use the syphon twice?

Yes, now that you mention it that would be the easiest solution. I feel bad for not thinking of it. It foams instantly so it should be just fine.
