Modernist Potluck: Cinco De Mayo

Cinco De Mayo is coming up so I thought it'd be good to highlight some modernist foods you can make for your celebrations. You can start the day off with a great breakfast of Huevos Rancheros from Serious Eats.

I have several appetizers that will fit right in, including my Habanero Peach Dip, Roasted Corn, Poblano, and Bacon Bites, and my Chile Foam Crostini.

You can move onto the meal with some spicy chicken soup from Pressure Cooking Today. My Sous Vide Hangar Steak will be a great main course. And don't forget the sides of refried beans and Spanish rice from Hip Pressure Cooking. You can wash it all down with a Paloma with Grapefruit Foam.
