Know the Trade-Offs of Self Publishing and Traditional Publishing

Not long ago I interviewed Chelsea Cole on the Makin' Bacon Podcast and this quote of hers really resonated with me.

There are trade-offs to both self publishing and traditional publishing. I always loved the control of self publishing and the speed at which you can take a book from written to for sale.
