What We Like About the SO-VIDA Sous Vide Insulation Bands and Mat

The sous vide insulation bands and mat have a very similar function to the SO-VIDA Sous Vide Container Sleeve. Both products insulate the water bath to keep the heat in and also are positioned under the water bath in order to protect the work surface.

The sous vide insulation bands and mat are designed to be used on metal pots that are being employed as a sous vide water bath container. The insulation band is quite long and fits the vast majority of pots. Similarly, the mat is of a sufficient diameter to insulate most pots from the work surface.

The SO-VIDA Sous Vide Insulation Bands and Mat have numerous benefits. Perhaps the most important is that it protects the work surface from deterioration from the extended periods of heat that emanate from a metal sous vide container.
